I typically don't like to post information about an event that we are working on until after the event has happened. But I am just so excited about this particular one that I couldn't wait as I just wanted to share a little sneak peak...plus it's an excuse to promote it!

It all started with these few tidbits of Inspiration and we are so excited to pull it all together on February 21, 2010. The event is called Taste of Love 7 and it is to benefit an organization that is near and dear to my heart called Special Equestrians. Special Equestrians is a 501 c 3 organization that does some pretty amazing things. I have had the honor and the privilege to be a part of the board for almost 8 years (even through all of my travels and moving around) and it's one that I will never leave. Special Equestrians is comprised of only three part-time employees and a slew of amazingly talented and dedicated volunteers...including everyone on the board. Every hard earned dollar that they make goes directly to the program to help cover the expenses and the small salaries for our part-time heros.

Lucia|Paul Design has been given the honor to help plan and design their biggest fundraiser of the year, Taste of Love 7, and in which, I must say, is going to be an amazing one. We have been working hard on pulling together a design that will take it to that next level, but without losing sight of what the organization and the event is all about. Along the way, I have had a number of more than giving vendors help with many of the elements for the event which will take place on February 21, 2010 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at The Design Studio by Raymond in Fort Myers, Florida.
Some of those amazing Vendors are Dooby Design Group, who did a beautiful job on designing these gorgeous invitations (below), all of our advertisements, flyers, tickets and so many other big and little elements here and there, The Cooper Group (the brains behind all of our over the top PR and Marketing...also, check out her blog here for information on some of the amazing Silent and Live Auction items), Caloosa Tent and Rental, Austin's Wine Cellar, The Design Studio by Raymond, Chic Sweets and a number of uber talented chefs from the top restaurants in the Southwest Florida area (see the information below for the line-up). There will also be a Silent and Live Auction, Live Entertainment by Cadence Wednesday, more food and wine than you can possibly imagine, a Cigar Bar, a Candy Bar (via Chic Sweets) and a whole lot of fun!

Tickets are still available for purchase and are $100 a piece. For more information or to purchase tickets to see it live and in person, please email us at info@luciapauldesign.com. However, if you can't make it and you want to see what the real thing looks like via the inspiration, be sure to check back in March!
P.s. Lucia|Paul Design is donating to the Live Auction a choice of either The Classic (Day-of) Package for a wedding or The Social package for a Celebration of the winners liking (for more information on our packages, please check out our website here or contact us for detailed information). A starting value of $2500 (some restrictions apply) and it can be used towards an upgrade to a larger package...make sure to attend and bid away as we want to raise lots and lots of money for Special Equestrians in 2010!!! So please come out and show your support.
