{LUCIA|PAUL DESIGN's Big Announcement!}

LUCIA|PAUL DESIGN is very excited to announce that we are growing and expanding our planning and design service offerings.  Therefore, I am very happy to introduce Meghan Detweiler as an Associate Planner for LUCIA|PAUL DESIGN!!  Meghan joined the LUCIA|PAUL DESIGN team back in January 2012 as a Jr. Event + Executive Assistant but quickly outgrew that role as it was apparent that she brought much more to the team.

I couldn't be happier to welcome Meghan into this new role and just know she's going to be a wonderful addition and option for our future clients to be!

Want to get to know Meghan a little bit more??  Here's a little bio about her:

Meghan comes to LUCIA|PAUL DESIGN with a love of all things pretty and with a passion for creative design.  Knowing at an early age she had a natural talent for design, she went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design at Florida State University.  During her studies she interned with a high-end furniture and design store, studied abroad in Florence, Italy and traveled Europe where she gathered a vast array of international design ideas.  Meghan’s need for creativity inspired her to start a Visual Merchandising company that challenged her to think outside the box creating visually appealing displays for a variety of retail clients.  It was not until last year that Meghan found her true calling.  While helping her best friend visualize and plan her wedding, Meghan was “bitten by the bug” and she found her true passion in wedding and event planning.


Meghan loves the small details and any excuse to be creative.  While utilizing her past experiences, knowledge of interior design, creative talents and detailed organizational skills, she cannot wait to help you create your special event!

{Real Wedding | Betsy + Tim + Style Me Pretty}

When fellow colleague, Betsy Tucker (now Moffitt), who is the Director of Catering for a posh Resort in Naples, FL contacted LUCIA|PAUL DESIGN to help her pull all of the details together for her BIG day, we were extremely honored as she works with a multitude of wedding and event planners on a weekly basis!  Needless to say, Betsy has very good taste and a keen eye for the design she wanted for her wedding day.  Betsy and Tim's wedding started out with a Garden Ceremony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and ended with a fabulous reception at the beautiful Cafe Lurcat in downtown Naples.  They treated their guests to an assortment of beautiful decor and delicious food and libations.  We loved collaborating with Betsy and 50-Fifty Creative Services on pulling the myriad of details together to create a feast for all the senses.
